We use Canada Post Expedited Parcel (1-7 Business Days) for shipping. Please use your Mailing Address (including P.O. Box Numbers) as recognized by Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided for your convenience. If you do not receive this, please contact us.
We strongly suggest that these clocks not be sent directly to those suffering with Dementia or Alzheimer’s with the expectation of them undertaking the initial set up.
As you enter your address information, make sure each box has a solid green outline, indicating the information has been accepted. If you get to the end of the page and your information isn’t accepted, there will appear prompts informing you if there were any errors detected.
We use secure payment processing with encryption for online orders. It is important that the information you provide for your Billing and Shipping address is correct. If your billing information does not match what is on your mailing and banking records you may have trouble ordering.

To set the time on your DayClox clock press and (quickly) release the Menu button (which will take you to the menu screen), use the left/right, up/down buttons to highlight and change the time (or other information), and press Menu again… that’s it!
The secret is to “click” the Menu button… don’t hold it down too long.
